If you're a curious, courageous and creative leader seeking to tap into your inner confidence to help you feel like the leader you are supposed to be, then this is for you. The time you will spend will be different for everyone, but on average you will spend around a total of 25 hours learning, practicing and honing new skills. Across all five modules, you will spend around 7 hours in class, including pre-work and around 18 hours in homework. I advise students to give themselves a couple of weeks to implement their learning in between each class.
If you implement the strategies we’ll be covering in class and give priority time and energy to the assignments, you’ll feel your confidence begin to grow and some balance return to your wellbeing, even whilst you are still working through the programme. One of the keys to being a successful online student is self-discipline. Because you are not required to be in class at a specific time you have to be motivated to get the work done on your own. If you are juggling your learning with family and/or work commitments while you are taking online classes it is important that you establish schedule of when and how you will get your work done. If you think you'll find staying on track and working autonomously a challenge, consider a coaching package instead. If you do struggle with any of the classes or the assignments it's important you get in touch with me, I can help!
Just you, an internet connection and access to the web. This programme is presented in English with closed captions. You will need to be confident enough in the language to follow the classes and read and complete the assignments. It's a good idea to make sure you have some peace and quiet if at all possible during your study time so that you can focus on yourself and your development. After all, this is an investment in you.
